A local developer based Taplow, have recently purchased the site, and seek to vary the application with a design for 2 link detached dwellings with integral garages. The previously approved detached garage to the front of the houses is omitted to give the site a significantly more spacious feel.


The dwellings are designed so that there is a visual break in the roof lines over the
subservient garage elements, which give articulation and views to the tree line behind.
The revised layout also ensures that neighbouring dwellings will not restrict access to
the parking areas of neighbouring dwellings. The revised layout shows that the rea
garden lengths are increased to 12.8m for plot 1 and 13.1m for plot 2. Separation
distances of 32m are now achieved to from plot 2 to the rear of the retained dwelling.
Plot 2 now has a separation distance of 34m between the dormer window closest to
the boundary, and no 5 Huntercombe Lane North. Separation distances of 32-35m to
the dwellings in Alvista Avenue are retained. Received asset reports, reviewed, printed
and saved.
